SHIPPING & RETURNS. We do not accept returns for custom items, but we offer replacement/rework if we made a mistake or your item arrived DAMAGED. All shipments are insured. Please take pictures of outer and inner packaging, and broken items if your order was damaged during transit. Message me as soon as possible to ensure timely processing of your replacement.
