Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At WudWorxCo, every item is custom-made to your exact specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders, including items made to your requested size, color, or design.

Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Items

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item was damaged during shipping, or
  • There was an error in measurements or specifications made by us

Refund Policy

Refunds are only available if the order has not yet been started or entered production.
Once work has begun on your custom item, the order is non-refundable.

How to Request a Replacement, Refund or Exchange

If your item qualifies under the exceptions above:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the item, damage (if applicable), and packaging
  • Include your order details

Please keep all original packaging until your claim is resolved.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost or refund.
